At StayFIT Physical Therapy, LLC our mission is to assist our patients to live an active, healthy lifestyle, free from pain or physical limitations through personalized education and treatment; to do so, we use effective communication, build affinity and agree on goals to strive for with all our patients.

Whether the injury be from playing sports or just another day on the job, StayFIT provides customized physical therapy programs and rehabilitation for injuries. We also work with neurological disorders. In addition to our physical therapy, we provide reconstructive surgery (specializing in the hip and knee) and arthroscopic surgery. We also treat headaches, frozen shoulders/capsulitis, joint sprains, muscle strains, as well as foot and ankle conditions.

All treatments are administered in a 1:1 therapist to patient basis, in a comfortable environment with state of the art equipment
